Exclusion of liability

1. Quality of service

2. Availability of the Service

4. Third-party content hosted by Sports Predictors
   Some Sports Predictors products, services or programs may include third party content. In these cases Pronosticadores deportivos acts as a provider of hosting intermediation services in accordance with Article 16 of the LSSI, and will only be responsible for the contents uploaded by other users to the extent that it has actual knowledge of the unlawfulness and has not removed the illegal content with due diligence. In the event that the User considers that there are comments or contents uploaded by other illicit or inadequate Users, he/she will be able to communicate it to Pronosticadores deportivos through the e-mail provided, without in any case this communication entails the obligation to remove the corresponding comment or content.

   Courts and Legislation
   These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain (except for its conflict of law provisions). Both Pronosticadores Deportivos and the user agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alicante, which means that you can claim your rights as a consumer in relation to these Conditions in your Member State of residence in the European Union. If you are a consumer and have your habitual residence in the European Union, you will also be protected by any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
